Prince Tendris Mirkblood

This is a new boss in Karazhan introduced on Octobter 25th, 2008 during the Scourge Invasion, pre-Wrath of the Lich King Launch event. He is found behind the locked door on the second level, overlooking the Midnight/Attumen boss.

Abilities:

* Blood Mirror - A debuff appears on a targeted raid member. This makes the boss look like the person that is being mirrored. While debuff is active, all damage taken by the boss is shared with the affected person. Additionally, it appears that all heals to the raid member will also be shared with the boss. This can be mitigated with healing reduction effects like Mortal Strike. 20 second duration and cannot be dispelled except by abilities such as Divine Shield, Blessing of Protection, Ice Blood ect.
* Blood Swoop - A bleed effect that does 1075 physical damage every 3 seconds for 20 seconds.
* Blood Ball - Glowing balls of blood will appear from the starting room and float towards the closest players. If they reach a player, they explode for 6k-8k shadow damage. They are immune to damage. The balls will become more numerous and move more quickly as the bosses health drops.

Strategy:

He doesn't melee very hard, pretty much any kara geared tank can take him easily. Open the door and pull him out of the room. You will have a few seconds to DPS him without moving before you have to start kiting him away from the Blood balls. When the balls come, simply kite the boss away. Where possible, have your raid member remove the Blood Mirror effects from themselves and each other with whatever abilities they have available. If you can't remove the Blood Mirror, DPS gently or the raid member with Blood Mirror will die. That's pretty much it! Have fun!
