I'm playing a troll rogue and tauren shaman atm. The troll rogue is only at lvl 12 right now ,but so far is a blast to play. What makes it enjoyable is that you actually FEEL like a rogue. (im comparing this to L2 dagger users). Everything from stealth mode to dual wield..lotsa fun
The shaman on the other hand i havent had a chance to really test out to much yet ,but he looks promising so far...IMO fun game and worth trying out (even if it just to try out the sweet quest system to get away from the L2 grind)I managed to get my rouge up to bout 30 before OB ended and got to get into bout 10 hours strait worth of PvP on the last day and I'd just like to say again how much fun they are and how nasty they are in large PvP groups... I usually remained stealthed 95% of the time and would jump any opposing person that got too far away from the main opposing force... Many times I'd jump groups of people and be able to take one or two out very quickly (Two only if one or both were 10 lvls lower than me) and then be able to get away using sprint and vanish.
In 10 hours I killed/helped kill around 200 people and died maybe 30 times. 20 of which were to a lvl 37 rouge who kept kickin my butt.
I am a little disapointed that rouges who use sinister strike and swords have a higher DPS than rouges who use daggers and backstab... I'd be nice if Blizz did something to make daggers a little more worthwhile since they're what a rouge is all about... If they don't oh well.. I'll still play em. =)
Course with all my hype on rouges I think I should say that healer classes were in a huge demand all the time... Healers that were 4-7 levels lower than the area were always instantly snatched up when they said they were lfg just because they were so wanted....
