You can easily port to Dion from any town, without wasting money for teleports. All you need to do is to port to MDT (Monster Derby Truck) from the gatekeeper (free of charge). Then, go behind the MDT manager (where the seats are) in the corner and click somewhere far away from your position (outside MDT). Your character will start running, then spam few more clicks. After a few seconds you find yourself outside MDT in the Dion territory. Simply use SOE to get to the city.
