This is Very simple. I recommend that you are atleast lvl 15 thou.

To do this you will need a few AoE attacks.

Simply teleport to Kryta and go to the wolves. They should be South-East from Kryta

There will be a lone wolf, walk towards it and lots of monsters will spawn.

Kill all of those and pick up the items that drop, then sell the items, you should make a good profit.
