I use this build on Zhed,and my pvp char,which i kick butt in AB with.

Fire Magic:12+3
Energy Storage:12+1+3
Weapon:Fire Wand with a combination to make -20% SR chance 20% and -20% SC chance 20% as well.
Offhand:Flame Artifact with a combination to make -20% SR chance 20% and -20% SC chance 20% as well.
Armor:
Radiant All-Seeing Eye of Superior Vigor
Radiant (Chosen Armor Here) of Superior Fire Magic
Radiant (Chosen Armor here) of Superior Energy Storage
Radiant (Chosen Armor here) of Attunement
Radiant (Chosen Armor here) of Attunement


Skills:
1-Meteor Shower-Used to knock foes down in the foe's area,while doing high dmg.
2-Liquid Flame-Used to obliverate casters.
3-Mark of Rodgort-Used to light foes on fire when they recieve fire damage.
4-Flare-Used with MoR to destroy target foe very quickly.
5-Fire Storm-Used to deal dmg to stationary mobs,also good with MoR
6-Aura of Restoration-Since you will be casting alot,used to heal you.
7-[Elite] Searing Flames-Used to deal high dmg,while lighting foes on fire adjacent to target foe.Good with MoR.
8-Inferno-Used to shake off adjacent attackers.

In PvP...

Step 1:Keep Aura of Restoration on you at ALL times.
Step 2:Once you see a foe to attack,cast Mark of Rodgort on foe.
Step 3:Once foe is in range with the other foes,(or a mob),cast Meteor Shower.
Step 4:On your target foe,while they are getting hit by meteor shower,spam SF as much as possible.
Step 5:Spam Flare on target foe to ignite the foe.
Step 6:If foe is still alive and near other foes,cast fire storm then rush in and throw in inferno.



Cast Liquid Flame on any casters,preferrably monks,to deal major dmg.

Can be used at Z challenge (or elite),or AB,but be sure to have a source of healing OTHER than aura of restoration.
