Okay this exploit i found requires eye of the north expansion pack. After getting to Eye of the North get to Gunnar's Hold. Talk to Kilroy Stonekin and get the punch the clown quest. Talk to him again and click "It's Go Time!" Make sure to equip the brass knuckles he gives you after entering the area the quest takes you to. Now beat all the norm brawlers you have to face, but leave one alive. After just port back to Gunnar's Hold and talk to Kilroy again, and you should still be able to do the quest again. It takes me 2 mins to to defeat the enemies and get 1k xp every time. I tested this with a level 15 character. Just repeat to your desired level

Note: You must equip the brass knuckles or you will not be able to use the brawler skills you get. The brawler skills are the only way to hurt the norm brawlers you have to face. At level 16 and higher you will no longer gain 1k xp every time you do this.
