35-40 Barrows
40-50 Avalon City

nymphs, giants, broken bridge, and ruins)
19 Max out of Abermenai (optional)
19-24 Keltoi Fogou
24 Max out of Thidranki (optional)
24-30 Cornwall
30-40 Barrows and Dartmoor
40-50 GROUP in City of Avalon
PERSONAL FAVORITE:
1-20 Kill Tasks (solo)
20-24 Keltoi Fogou (group)
24 Max out of Thidranki
24-30 Catacombs and Dartmoor (group)
30-35 Barrows (group)
35 Max out of Caledonia
35-50 Avalon City (group)
The truth in soloing is, after lvl 35, it's just better to group, since Avalon City has phenomenal exp.
Some people argue that going to Avalon City before 40 is leeching. However you can still get a group with people willing to accept you while still only levels 35-39 if you stay at the beginning areas of the city.
Any time there is a Darkness Falls raid, and you are at least level 35, you should always attend it, and get into a nice large group with higher levels.
I have listed the battlegrounds as optional because real RvR is generally considered better RPs for the more patient soul, but it is good practice until you are high enough to engage in it.
Grouping is generally better exp than soloing, so at every opportunity, go grouping
If you have specced as a soloing spec for a class, you may want to choose to re-spec to a more group friendly class at level 40, as you will solo less and less the higher you get.
It is a good idea to stay out of RvR until at least level 45. You won't get frustrated as much from dying and people will be more willing to let you join.
Here is a list of where to hunt based on class if you want the exact right place for you.
Key: (G) Grouped, (S) Solo, (B) Both
Armsman
5-8 (G) Boulderlings
8-12 (G) Mithra
12-19 (G) Salisbury Plains
19-24 (G) Keltoi
24-30 (G) Catacombs and Dartmoor
30-35 (B) Barrows
35-50 (G) Avalon City
The important thing to realize here is that the armsman earns more experience almost exclusively in grouping rather than soloing. The reason I have down that you can do both in the barrows is because it is hard to get a group in the barrows, but even harder to get a GOOD group. You will often find yourself soloing the entrance of the barrows waiting for a group to come along.
Cabalist
5-8 (G) Boulderlings
8-12 (B) Mithra
12-19 (B) Salisbury Plains
19-24 (G) Keltoi
24-30 (G) Catacombs and Dartmoor
30-35 (B) Barrows
35-50 (G) Avalon City (S) Barrows
With the cabalist, a lot depends on how you spec yourself. Most of the time, however, you will want to be in a group rather than soloing. However the cabalist still can solo well, so you find a lot of spaces on the chart where you should do both. A few notes, however. In Mithra you may have a hard time soloing because your pet may pick up some aggro in the tight hallways of the dungeon. The same goes for the barrows, though the danger is not as extreme because the barrows has a few more open rooms to pull with your pet in.
Cleric
5-8 (G) Boulderlings
8-12 (G) Mithra
12-19 (G) Salisbury Plains
19-24 (G) Keltoi
24-30 (G) Catacombs and Dartmoor
30-35 (G) Barrows
35-50 (G) Avalon City
The cleric cannot solo. Don't even try to make the cleric a solo class, concentrate on your group areas. This is important to remember, and the reason that I have the cleric down as a class to group 100% of the time.
Friar
5-8 (G) Boulderlings
8-12 (G) Mithra
12-19 (B) Salisbury Plains
19-24 (G) Keltoi
24-30 (G) Catacombs and Dartmoor
30-35 (G) Barrows
35-50 (G) Avalon City
The friar is a hard class to instruct on where to level. Different friars have different play styles. and specs. However most friars choose a spec that will let them hold their own in solo. However a friar will never be exceptional at soloing PvE like some other classes, so you should still group as much as you can. Of course in RvR this is a different story, and the friar is the king of most 1 on 1 fights, so don't limit yourself in all cases to grouping.
Infiltrator
5-8 (G) Boulderlings
8-12 (G) Mithra
12-19 (G) Salisbury Plains
19-24 (G) Keltoi
24-30 (G) Catacombs and Dartmoor
30-35 (G) Barrows
35-50 (G) Avalon City
Infiltrators should not solo. The danger is too great. It takes too much luck to win each battle to make it worth the risk. Though you may kill quickly, there's always that unlucky kill where you miss your critical shot or get uncovered right before you attack, and once that happens you're . Instead stick to groups. Though it may be hard sometimes to find a group willing to take in an infiltrator because they think they're not worth the experience loss, you'll find those kind few to take you in eventually. Infiltrators are in this way the hardest class to level in Albion, but the end reward in RvR is worth it.
Mercenary
5-8 (G) Boulderlings
8-12 (G) Mithra
12-19 (G) Salisbury Plains
19-24 (B) Keltoi
24-30 (G) Catacombs and Dartmoor
30-35 (G) Barrows
35-50 (G) Avalon City
The Mercenary is not much better at soloing than the infiltrator, though not for the same reason. They aren't good because they took too long to regenerate between fights. That is why you should definitely stick to grouping as much as you can. The same rule goes for most other tank classes with few exceptions. Finding a group shouldn't be too hard, since most people know how awesome mercenaries are.
Minstrel
5-8 (G) Boulderlings
8-12 (B) Mithra
12-19 (B) Salisbury Plains
19-24 (B) Keltoi
24-30 (G) Catacombs and Dartmoor
30-35 (G) Barrows
35-50 (G) Avalon City
The thing to know with a minstrel is that at lower levels they aren't too bad at soloing, but they get worse at it as time goes on. They can still take down yellow cons at 50, but it takes them too long to be worth choosing soloing over grouping. So before level 25 you can switch between soloing and grouping as you choose, but after 25 stick to grouping. You'll find groups easily so it is definitely worth getting one. Almost any group that you are in will rake in good amounts of experience because the minstrel is such a great grouping class.
Necromancer
5-9 (S) Bandits
9-12 (S) Boulderlings
12-19 (S) Salisbury Plains
19-24 (S) Keltoi
24-30 (S) Cornwall
30-33 (S) Dartmoor
33-35 (S) Barrows
35-50 (B) Avalon City 40ish-50 Lyonesse
A necromancer is the one class that is DRAMATICALLY different from the other classes in terms of leveling. Necromancers are the one class that can solo better than they group, and by a lot. You should concentrate on soloing all the time that you are leveling. The only minor exception to this is during levels 35-45ish because you can get better experience grouping than soloing in Avalon City at that time. At 45ish up until 50 however, you should solo the lizards at the front of Avalon City. Also Necromancers can do really well in Lyonesse, so head there to solo if you're looking for a change of scenery. Soloing gives another advantage to you also, which is that you get more money and goods because you keep everything to yourself. Add to it the fact that you kill quickly, and you just end up shoveling in the cash.
Paladin
5-8 (G) Boulderlings
8-12 (B) Mithra
12-19 (B) Salisbury Plains
19-24 (B) Keltoi
24-30 (G) Catacombs and Dartmoor
30-35 (B) Barrows
35-50 (G) Avalon City 40-50 (S) Darkness Falls
The Paladin is another strange class in terms of leveling like the necromancer. They can solo very well; though only at higher levels does their soloing ability show it's true colors. So at the lower levels concentrate more on grouping rather than soloing. Once you get into the forties however, you can do AMAZING things in Darkness Falls. Paladins can chain solo reds if they are specced right and played right. However groups LOVE paladins in Avalon City, so if Darkness Falls isn't open Avalon City may still even be a better choice, and usually is if someone is looking just for experience.
Reaver
5-8 (G) Boulderlings
8-12 (G) Mithra
12-19 (G) Salisbury Plains
19-24 (G) Keltoi
24-30 (G) Catacombs and Dartmoor
30-35 (B) Barrows
35-50 (G) Avalon City
The Reaver is another nearly normal tank class with a few minor changes, though their small advantages don't change their feeble ability to play solo. However the Reaver does as good, if not better than, most other tanks in grouping. So stick mainly to grouping, and it's as simple as that. One word of warning however to those reavers who want to solo a bit more often. Watch out for your pbae, because in dungeons and sometimes anywhere else, you could pull an extra mob, and more than one enemy at a time is something you can't defend against.
Scout
5-8 (G) Boulderlings
8-12 (G) Mithra
12-19 (B) Salisbury Plains
19-24 (G) Keltoi
24-30 (G) Catacombs and Dartmoor
30-35 (G) Barrows
35-50 (B) Avalon City
A scout can do surprisingly well at soloing, better than one might think. However their situation is very similar to that of the infiltrator. Groups don't like them too much, and soloing does have a certain amount of risk to it. For example, if you miss a shot, you're going to experience a lot of pain. So when you solo stick to blues until higher levels. Once you are around 45-50, you can solo oranges if specced perfectly.
Sorcerer
5-7 (S) Bandits
7-8 (G) Boulderlings
8-12 (G) Mithra
12-19 (B) Salisbury Plains
19-24 (G) Keltoi
24-30 (G) Catacombs and Dartmoor
30-35 (B) Barrows
35-50 (G) Avalon City
Sorcerers can hold their own when they solo, mainly if they spec in the mind line because of the mez and power regeneration spell there. However since they are loved so much in groups, and because sorcerers aren't good enough at soloing that they earn more experience solo rather than grouped, the sorcerer should stay grouped most of the time. Groups love the sorcerer especially, again, if (s)he is specced in the mind line. You shouldn't have any trouble finding a group at any of the spots listed above.
Theurgist
5-8 (G) Boulderlings
8-12 (G) Mithra
12-19 (G) Salisbury Plains
19-24 (G) Keltoi
24-30 (G) Catacombs and Dartmoor
30-35 (G) Barrows
35-50 (G) Avalon City
Theurgists are very rare, but groups love earth theurgists. A word of advice to theurgists: spec in earth all the way. Groups will expect you to have a good bladeturn, because the theurgist is the class with the best PBT. If you have the best PBT possible for your level, then groups will take you in immediately. This is especially good because you don't have to concentrate as much on your computer as the other people do. Every now and then check to make sure you're not in distress or , and come back at least every 10 minutes to buff your group with the damage and haste buffs. Otherwise it's a safe and steady road to 50.
Wizard
5-8 (G) Boulderlings
8-12 (G) Mithra
12-19 (B) Salisbury
19-24 (G) Keltoi
24-30 (G) Catacombs and Dartmoor
30-35 (G) Barrows
35-50 (B) Avalon City and Frontiers
The Wizard is a pretty good solo class if specced in fire, but otherwise they aren't great. At least at level 40 you should have respecced to ice because groups love it and it has the most destructive spell in it: the PBAoE. So you should concentrate on getting groups if you have specced in ice, but otherwise you can split your time between soloing and grouping. However be warned that ice is the only really good wizard spec for RvR. Fire does rather poorly in RvR.
Good Luck
You'r PmG Team.
