Latest L2 Walker Thread

Ok I got the OOG latest working and without needing a second computer.

First you follw the direction for the ingame version. (I copied the tutorial Clarky just made further up, to a certain point)

STEP 1: install Microsoft Loopback, how to do that is as follows:

1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
2. If you are in Classic view, click Switch to Category View under Control Panel in the left pane.
3. Double-click Printers and Other Hardware, and then click Next.
4. Under See Also in the left pane, click Add Hardware,and then click Next.
5. Click Yes, I have already connected the hardware, and then click Next.
6. At the bottom of the list, click Add a new hardware device, and then click Next.
7. Click Install the hardware that I manually select from a list, and then click Next.
8. Click Network adapters, and then click Next.
9. In the Manufacturer box, click Microsoft.
10. In the Network Adapter box, click Microsoft Loopback Adapter, and then click Next.
11. Click Finish.

STEP 2: go into your network connections, one of them should be the microsoft loopback, right click it and select properties. from there select "internet protocol" and then properties. change the settings to

IP: 220.76.12.2
SUBNET: 255.255.255.0

leave the rest blank and apply


STEP 3: Edit your host file:

127.0.0.1 localhost
220.76.12.2 L2authd.Lineage2.com


you have to edit your "hosts" file

Windows XP = C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC
Windows 2K = C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC
Win 98\ME = C:\WINDOWS


Open your TCP Tunnel or if you dont have one download it here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Register now...]


THEN...

You need a program called WPE PRO. WPE PRO If its not the Pro version it doesn't work on NT based systems.

I'm lazy so I'm borrowing an image

First have L2W OOG running, then click target program and select L2W OOG.



Double click filter 1 to get the box to enter values
Set all option as this screen shot shows you, but ignore the values.

For Values on the top row 001 - 005 you put

001=00
002=29
003=02
004=00
005=00

Bottom row

+000=00
+001=27
+002=02
+003=00
+004=00

Then click Apply


Now make sure that filer is checked and right above the filer selection area you should see a small on button. Click that.


Then Press the Play button and run OOG L2walker

MAKE SURE YOUR USING 10.4.3

How to restart TCPTunnel's 30days trial


Find the file msrtdgltbl.srq from WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 directory

For example msrtdgltbl.srq is located at C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32

NOW DELETE that file msrtdgltbl.srq.

How to delete from command prompt.

Click "Start" ---> "Run". Type "cmd" ---> click "OK"

Type --> del C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\msrtdgltbl.srq

Now run your tcptunnel.bat.

That's it, you get 30days trial again. Repeat again after your 30days is up.

you can add the line "del c:\windows\system32\msrtdgltbl.srq" to your tcptunnel.bat file
to restart the 30 days trial everytime you run the *.bat file.

Thx, both IG and OOG are working now, I had the one set of numbers as 00, 28, 02, 00, 00 .... took me 15 minutes to realize it was "2B" and not 28. Pics were easy to follow,
